GREEN FLASH TASTING ROOM & MERCHANDISE STORE

Client: Green Flash Brewing Co.

Location: San Diego, California

Size: 4,000 square foot Tasting Room and a 600 square foot Merchandise Store

Finishes: Raw steel, cedar, brick, and polished concrete

With a design and build partnership with SMART Interior Design, we were tasked to rebuild the Green Flash tasting room with elevated finishes.

Our goal was to create a warm atmosphere in the middle of a massive brewery and bottling line – without disrupting their daily business or customer experience.

We applied a brick and cedar facade in order to conceal an existing cold box, created custom hot-rolled steel canopies, and installed a massive glass and steel sectional door.

There was an extensive use of steel and wood, polished concrete floors, and an overhead delivery of daught lines for a remote growler fill station.

Noteworthy: Open 6 days a week, 3pm daily during construction without fail.
