				With a design and build partnership with SMART Interior Design, we were tasked to create a sophisticated, upscale tasting room and outdoor patio area for Cellar 3, Green Flash’s barrel aged specialty brand.
To create a sleek art-deco inspired finish and elevate the standard tasting room experience, we used custom stainless steel and hot-rolled steel  for the “burst” art piece above the tap array. We used a cold box facade featuring natural stone, hardwood, hot-rolled steel, retail windows and custom lighting. For our bar, we integrated a 40’ long hot-rolled steel bar top with a mahogany wall finish. The new restrooms are furnished with a communal sink.
For the new outdoor patio area design, we implemented native plants, succulents, and boulders.
